As a developer I want a clearly defined structure for larger projects

Clear, consisten structure for larger projects that will scale in future. Django provides default apps. More files needed. tasks (huey, dramatiq) schemas- pydantic constants/enums/types? services/utils (for business logic) api (nested module?)
